Savage Bandits, LLC wants customers to feel confident purchasing from us. Because we offer different types of products and services, refund and return terms may vary by offering.
Physical Merchandise
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us at [BUSINESS EMAIL] as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item.
Returns or exchanges for other reasons may be accepted when the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, subject to any return instructions provided with the product.
Certain made-to-order, personalized, limited-release, clearance, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Savage Bandits or one of our fulfillment partners.
Digital Products and Downloads
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, digital downloads, guides, templates, workbooks, and similar products are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical problem or receive the wrong file, contact us and we will work to correct the issue.
Workshops, Courses, and Leadership Services
Cancellation and refund terms for workshops, speaking engagements, consulting services, courses, or other leadership offerings may vary and will be stated at the time of registration or in the applicable service agreement.
If no separate policy is provided, contact us as soon as possible regarding a cancellation or scheduling issue.
Memberships
If recurring memberships or subscriptions are offered, they may be canceled before the next billing period to prevent future charges. Payments already processed are generally not prorated or refunded unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Horse Purchases and Deposits
Horse sales, reservation deposits, hold fees, transportation arrangements, veterinary examinations, and purchase terms are governed by the individual written horse sale or reservation agreement.
The general website Refund Policy does not override the terms of a signed horse purchase or reservation agreement.
